How do I send a certified letter online?
Pick or add the recipient's address, upload your PDF, and choose Certified Mail at checkout. Postabl prints your letter, mails it USPS Certified, and gives you a tracking number.
Do I need an account?
No. You can send a letter as a guest with just an email for the receipt. Signing in lets you save private contacts, see your mailing history, and re-download PDFs.
How long does delivery take?
Letters are printed the next business day and handed to USPS. First Class typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Certified Mail is tracked from the moment it enters the postal stream.
What file types can I upload?
PDF only. You can upload multiple PDFs and Postabl will merge them into a single letter, up to 60 pages for First Class.
Where do you mail from?
Letters are printed and mailed from a US print facility on Postabl's behalf. You can also set a custom From address before checkout.
