How do I send certified mail online?
Search or add the recipient's address on Postabl, upload your PDF, choose Certified Mail at checkout, and pay. We print your letter, mail it USPS Certified, and give you a tracking number.
How much does certified mail cost?
Postage is $0.95 for the first page and $0.12 per additional page. Certified Mail adds $9. Certified Mail with Return Receipt adds $11.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every certified letter gets a USPS tracking number so you can confirm delivery.
What is Return Receipt (green card)?
Return Receipt is USPS's signed proof of delivery. The recipient signs a card that is mailed back to the sender as legal proof the letter was received.
How long does certified mail take?
Letters are printed the next business day and handed to USPS. Certified Mail is tracked from the moment it enters the postal stream and typically arrives in 2–5 business days.
Do I need an account?
No. You can send a certified letter as a guest with just an email for the receipt.
